Terms & Conditions
These terms cover the use of whitefeatherfund.org, donations made through it, and orders placed in The Collection. By using the site you accept them.

Use of this website
You may read, print and share the pages of this site for your own use and to support the fund. You may not use the site unlawfully, attempt to interfere with it, or use it to send unsolicited messages.
We try to keep the site accurate and available, but we cannot promise it will be uninterrupted or error free.
Intellectual property
The White Feather Fund name, the feather mark, and the text, photographs and design of this site belong to the fund or to the people who licensed them to us. Please ask before reproducing them. Photographs of the children and of the animals in our care may not be reused.
Donations
- Donations may be made by card or by bank transfer. Bank details are shown after the transfer form is submitted.
- Donations are applied to the fund’s charitable objects. Where a donation is given for a named cause we will apply it to that cause.
- Donations are not refundable once processed, except where a payment was made in error. If that happens, contact us and we will look at it.
- The fund is not able to issue tax receipts unless stated otherwise.
The Collection
Items in The Collection are sold to raise funds, and the proceeds are applied to the fund’s charitable work. Prices, availability, delivery times and delivery costs are shown at checkout.

We link to the organisations we work with and to other useful sites. We are not responsible for their content or their policies.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, the fund is not liable for any loss arising from the use of this site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Seychelles.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version on this page, with the date above, is the one that applies.
